I have an active subscription. Why is it prompting me to pay again?

If you log in to SuperSummary but are prompted to pay when trying to access a Study Guide, even though you have an active subscription, the most probable reason is that you are logging in with an email that doesn't have an active subscription.

This could be due to a typo in the address you entered when signing up, using the social login option with another email address, or using a different email from the one you initially signed up with.

To resolve this issue, search your inbox for a welcome email from SuperSummary and use that address to log in. If you don't find it, reach out to [email protected] for assistance in retrieving your account.

To assist us in retrieving your account, please provide as much of the following information as possible:

  • Your first and last name.
  • The email you used when signing up.
  • The last 4 digits of your card if you paid with a card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
  • Your PayPal email if you paid with PayPal.
  • The date of your last payment.
  • The type of plan you subscribed to (annual or monthly).

Do not hesitate to reach out to [email protected] in case you need any assitance.
