How do I access my subscription?

The following instructions apply if you log in from the website. For mobile app instructions, read this article. 

• Go to Supersummary.com and click on Log In.
• Select Sign in with Google, Apple, or enter your email and password, depending on the method you used when you initially subscribed.

IMPORTANT: If you signed up with Google or Apple, you have to use that sign-in method to access your subscription, or else you'll get the error message below. Select the Google or Apple account associated with your SuperSummary account. If you'd like to change your sign-in method to email and password, or change the email address associated with your account, email us at support@supersummary.com. 

• If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot password link to receive an email with reset instructions. You can also request a password reset link to our Support Bot, located in the lower right corner of our Help Page.
• You’ll know you're logged in when you see your initials in the upper right corner.

If you still can't log in: 

1. Check Your Inbox: Search your email inbox for a confirmation message from SuperSummary under the subject line "Thanks for subscribing". That's the email associated with your SuperSummary account. If you have been charged but haven’t received that welcome email anywhere, there may have been a typo in the email address used to create your account. Reach out to support@supersummary.com for assistance locating your account.
   
2. Reset Your Password: Even if you’re sure your password is correct, resetting it may resolve some login issues. Try setting a new password and logging in again. Reset your password here, or request a reset password link to our Support bot, located in the lower right corner of our Help Page. 

For any issues logging in, email us at support@supersummary.com with your name and the last 4 digits of your card so we can help locate your account.
