You can reset your password in a few minutes if you log in with email and password. If you signed up with Google or Apple, your account doesn’t use a password. See If you signed up with Google or Apple below.
Reset your password
1Go to the password reset page.
2Enter the email linked to your account and select Send Email.
3Open the email titled “Reset password instructions” and select Change my password.
4Create a new password and log in.
In the app: enter your email, tap Continue, then tap Forgot your password?
If you didn’t receive the reset email
- Search your inbox for “Reset password instructions” or for emails from support@supersummary.com.
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Make sure you entered the email linked to your account.
- If you requested more than one, only the most recent link will work.
Still not receiving it? Ask our chat (bottom right corner) for a reset link, or contact us.
If the reset link doesn’t work or has expired
The link may have expired or been replaced by a newer request. Ask our chat (bottom right corner) for a new reset link—it’s the fastest way to get one. If our support team created the link for you, use the link in their message.
If you signed up with Google or Apple
Your account doesn’t use a password, so log in with Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple instead. If your account uses Google, you’ll see this message when you enter your email on the Log In page:
If you can’t use Google or Apple anymore, contact us, and we’ll help you switch to email and password.
