I can't log in due to 'Invalid Credentials'. What should I do?

If you get an error that your credentials are invalid, try the following suggestions:

  • Verify there are no typos in your email address.
  • Make sure you are entering the correct email address (it should be the one where you got a welcome email from SuperSummary after signing up).

Note: If you don't see any emails from us, reach out to [email protected] to help you retrieve your account. To assist us in retrieving your account, please provide as much of the following information as possible:

  • Your first and last name.
  • The email you used when signing up.
  • The last 4 digits of your card if you paid with a card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
  • Your PayPal email if you paid with PayPal.
  • The date of your last payment.
  • The type of plan you subscribed to (annual or monthly).

  • Reset your password in case you forgot which password you initially used.
    • If you reset your password but still can't log in, and you are sure you are entering the correct email address, it might be because your browser is filling in automatically the first password you saved.
    • Follow the link to watch a video to see how to check your saved passwords in your ChromeSafariMozilla, or Edge browser.
  • You have three options:
    • Reset your password to the old saved one.
    • Change the saved password to the new one you just reset.
    • Delete the old saved password so it saves the new one.
