How does the Money Back Guarantee work?

The SuperSummary team works hard to guarantee complete satisfaction with your subscription and reading experience. We want to let you subscribe to SuperSummary risk-free–that’s how confident we are that you’ll love it!

If you pay for a subscription and decide that you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within seven days of your purchase. 


There are just a few situations in which we can’t provide a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee. We’ve found that being upfront about these situations helps customers avoid them: 

  • Mobile app subscriptions: SuperSummary does not control subscriptions created within the mobile app, so we cannot guarantee or issue refunds for these subscriptions under the Money-Back Guarantee. Instead, you may submit a refund request within the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  • Usage: You have downloaded more than two separate Study Guides. 

  • Previous refund: You have previously used the Money-Back Guarantee on at least one account. 

  • Previous subscription: You have previously had a SuperSummary subscription under at least one account. 

Refund process

  • Complete this form with the reason for your dissatisfaction

  • If eligible, your refund will be provided within five working days of receipt of your request.

  • Once a refund is processed, your subscription will be canceled immediately, and you will no longer have access to SuperSummary Study Guides or additional subscriber benefits.
