Once you subscribe or upgrade to your subscription to a Plus plan, you should be able to download any Study Guide(s) instantly, both on the website and the mobile app.
From the website:
1. Log in to your account
2. Search for your desired Study Guide
3. Click on the PDF download button
4. A new tab will open with the PDF. Click on the download button on the new PDF page.
On the mobile app:
- Log in to your account
2. Open your desired Study Guide and tap the 3 dots on the upper right corner
3. Click on the PDF download button
In the unlikely event that you experience download issues, here are some troubleshooting tips:
- Try accessing your account in a different web browser
- Log out, clear your browser's cache/cookies, and then log in again
- Try accessing your account on a different device
- Turn off ad blockers or emergent windows blockers.
If you're still unable to download, please reach out to support@supersummary.com with the name of the Guide(s) you need, and we'll be happy to send them over as a PDF and provide you with further assistance.
